SOUS/PASTA CHEF
Full-Time/Part-Time
Nostrana is an exciting new restaurant in Glasgow's West End and we are looking for an exceptional Pasta Chef to join our new talented team.
Role
As a Pasta Chef you will:
Have worked to a very high standard with the production of pasta dishes.
Worked in a fast paced environment.
Have the desire to develop your knowledge and broaden your culinary skills.
Have previously worked in a quality, fast paced kitchen with consistency and flair.
Maintain a clean tidy kitchen, with regular stock checks , labelling audits , and adhering to all health and safety requirements .
Your personal presentation will be of the highest standard.
You will be at Sous Chef level.
